CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

BLUE CLASSES are light and easy classes well suited for beginners.

POSTURE & MOBILITY class includes targeted strength and mobility exercises for the muscle groups that influence body alignment and posture. The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
 


 
GREEN CLASSES are easy and effective classes that focus on muscular fitness.

FUNCTIONAL CIRCUIT fits everyone from beginner to the more advanced. The classes are held at the gym and the exercises are mostly done by using the gym machinery and equipment, emphasis being in functional training exercises. Functional Circuit is a great gateway exercise to independent gym training.

GYM CIRCUIT fits everyone from beginner to the more advanced. The classes are held at the gym and the exercises are mostly done by using the gym machinery and equipment. Gym Circuit is a great gateway exercise to independent gym training.

KETTLEBELL is a functional training class where the main exercise equipment are the kettlebells. The class improves strength, endurance and body coordination. Kettlebell exercises also strengthen deeper core muscles.
 


 
GREY CLASSES are body and mind classes with the focus on strengthening deeper core muscles, improving body coordination and body awareness.

MOBILITY TRAINING is light, easy and enjoyable class, that combines mobility training and relaxation exercises. From this class you can easily “take away” the exercises that keep you flexible even during working days.
 


 
ORANGE CLASSES are fun and sweaty cardiovascular workouts that focus on constant movement. You can adjust the difficulty of the class by choosing the option that suits you best from those provided by the instructor.

FITNESS BOXING is an excellent class to get the blood flowing to the neck and shoulder area. The class doens’t involve coreography or moving to the rhythm of the music. Most of the exercises are done with a pair. Fitness Boxing is well suited for everyone.

HIIT30 is a High Intensity Interval Training class that will test your limits. HIIT class improves your strenght, endurance and speed. HIIT is a short class, but as hard as they come!
