BeFit provides Nokia employee self-funded group exercise classes
The spring season of 2026 classes will be held weekly between 12.1.─15.5.2026.
The classes are on pause on week 8 (16.─20.2.) and on holidays (Friday 3.4., Monday 6.4., Thursday 30.4., Friday 1.5. and Thursday 14.5.2026).
Self-funded classes can also be attended by externals
Fee for the self-funded group exercise classes for the remainder of the spring 2026 season is 100 € (incl. taxes). Those who have paid the season fee may attend all four weekly classes without restrictions.

You can join the self-funded group exercise classes also with a 15 € drop-in fee per class. Just go to the class of your choosing and pay the drop-in fee with Edenred or Mobilepay. You can get the payment instructions from the group exercise room or from the instructor. Show the payment receipt to the instructor before the class starts.

Electronic benefits (Edenred Pay, SmartumPay, ePassi) are used via a mobile phone. You need to download the service provider’s app to your phone.

3. Enter the amount to be paid
4. Confirm
MobilePay:
1. Open the MobilePay mobile app and log in
2. Choose send, write 31008 to the number field and choose BeFit Oy
3. Enter the amount to be paid
4. Confirm
If you chose invoice as your payment method, you will receive the invoice by email within two weeks of your registration.

Monday at 12:00─12:45 FITNESS BOXING, Joris Parkins
Description:Fitness Boxing is an excellent class to get the blood flowing to the neck and shoulder area. The class doens’t involve coreography or moving to the rhythm of the music. Most of the exercises are done with a pair. Fitness Boxing is well suited for everyone.
Monday at 15:15─16:00 POSTURE & MOBILITY, Kristiina Vorimo
Description: Posture & Mobility class includes targeted strength and mobility exercises for the muscle groups that influence body alignment and posture. The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Thursday at 12:00─12:30 KETTLEBELL, Debora Dolgalova NOTE! Starts in spring season of 2026!
Description: Kettlebell is a functional training class where the main exercise equipment are the kettlebells. The class improves strength, endurance and body coordination. Kettlebell exercises also strengthen deeper core muscles.
Friday at 15:15─15:45 HIIT30, Sari Lindfors
Description: HIIT30 is a High Intensity Interval Training class that will test your limits. HIIT class improves your strenght, endurance and speed. HIIT is a short class, but as hard as they come!
